Hi All, I have been having trouble turning on the KN7000. The screen stays blank and no sound comes from the keyboard but the ultra-violet light on the SD player is on. Any clues?

The disclaimer was a little daunting Ken and the 1.4.v does not show up as a concluded upgrade but all is well and thank you again for the 7000 Site !!

Hi guys ,purchased the 4 disks for the upgrade to 1.6V and have since installed setup in 3 x7000`s and everything is just fine cheers Mal

| Proceed at your own risk. KN7000.Net can not be held responsible for any damage this upgrade could cause to your keyboard. If you do something wrong it can "crash" your KN7000 keyboard. If the version running on your KN7000 is less then v1.4 you must install this v1.4 upgrade before you use the v1.6 upgrade. To check what version your KN7000 runs first shut your KN7000 off. Then click and hold down the SOUND GROUP keys [ PIANO] + [GUITAR] + [MALLET & ORCH PERC ] and keep these pressed during switching your KN7000 on. After switching on the KN7000 you will see the version number in lower right corner in the screen. If the number is v1.4 or higher you do not need to run this upgrade, but continue to the v1.6 upgrade. For installation read the included .pdf manual (German language). Be sure to check the disks before you run the installation. |
