Hi All, I have been having trouble turning on the KN7000. The screen stays blank and no sound comes from the keyboard but the ultra-violet light on the SD player is on. Any clues?

The disclaimer was a little daunting Ken and the 1.4.v does not show up as a concluded upgrade but all is well and thank you again for the 7000 Site !!

adding midi files to sd card without panasonic writer
hello to all
well after countless attempts at trying to directly put midi files with lyrics onto my sd card without having to have the panasonic sd-writer i have discovered a way of doing it so that the midi file with lyrics can be added . i just created a folder on the sd-card and named it imexport this will work with any card writer then all i had to do was copy and paste or drag and drop the midi file with the lyrics into the imexport folder, i dont know how many people know of doing it this way so thats why im putting this on. i now have over 1000 midi's on my sd card . the way to do it is as follows
create folder imexport
drag and drop files into the folder
put sd-card into kn7000
press sd button
choose sd tools
sd sound tools
sd sound import
and add the files
simple now i know how to do it, i guess this only applys to people who have never used a kn7000 before .
well cheers all and have a great year
